Rules for using "I.D.Clinic" information resources

Here are the conditions that regulate the use of the materials of the "I.D.Clinic" information resources, which are available on the "I.D.Clinic" website (https:// idclinic.com.ua), in the Facebook social network (https://www.facebook.com/idclinic .com.ua/), social network Instagram (https://www .instagram.com/i.d.clinic/), on YouTube video hosting (https://www.youtube.com/@i.d. clinic9767) (hereinafter - "Resources" or "Resource"), the owner of which is LLC "Summit fo Services" (hereinafter - "We", "Company").

1. General conditions

1.1. Use of the Resources, including the RSS, API, software and files of the Resources, is possible only if you agree to comply with these Rules.

1.2. If you do not agree with the terms of these Rules, you must stop using the Resources.

1.3. These Rules are an agreement between the User of the Resources and the Company, which is concluded at the time of using the Resource.

1.4. The User of the Resources can be a person who has reached the age of 16. Certain sections or posts may be intended for persons 18 or 21 years of age.

1.5. The Company may make changes to these Rules at any time and users should periodically check the current version of these Rules. If you do not agree with the new version of the Rules, you should stop using the Resources.

1.6. You may use the Resources only for a lawful purpose. It is forbidden to interfere with the activities of the Resources, to obstruct the access of other users to the Resources.

 

2. Content of Resources

2.1. "Content" means any informational material that is created and distributed through the User Resources. Content can take many forms, including text, images, video, audio, graphics, animations, web pages, posts, blogs, podcasts, etc.

2.2. The User can read, watch or listen to the content posted on the Resources free of charge. Access to resources is provided to Users under the terms of a non-exclusive free license for their own non-commercial use.

2.3. The user is prohibited from downloading the content posted on the Resources and distributing it without the consent of the right holder.

2.4. Users are prohibited from using trademarks, trade names and objects of copyright and related rights posted on the Resources without the consent of the owner.

2.5. Users are prohibited from copying the Resources, their names and the graphic design of the Resources.

2.6. When reproducing all or part of the information material published on the website "I.D.Clinic" (www.idclinic.com.ua), it is necessary to indicate the name of the author (for availability) and the source of borrowing. Internet resources are prohibited from reproducing informational materials of "I.D.Clinic" without an active and open for search engines hyperlink to idclinic.com.ua, which must be placed in the text itself, no lower than the second paragraph.

2.7. You can use videos from the YouTube channel "I.D.Clinic" (https://www.youtube.com/@i.d.clinic9767) only with the consent of the Company. Video fragments from the YouTube channel "I.D.Clinic" can be used only with the presence of the "I.D.Clinic" logo and a link to the source: https://www .youtube.com/@i.d.clinic9767

2.8. All questions regarding the possibility of using the content on the Resources should be sent to the electronic form in the section "On other questions" https://idclinic.com.ua/contacts

2.9. The company is not responsible for evaluation judgments and the reliability of information obtained from other sources.

2.10. The advertiser is responsible for the content of the advertisement.

 

3. User Comments

3.1. If the Resources provide the possibility for Users to leave comments under the content, then such comments must meet the requirements of these platforms.

3.2. It is forbidden to spread unreliable, offensive and other information prohibited by law in the comments.

3.3. It is forbidden to place advertisements in the Comments, or to leave comments that are not related to the content.

3.4. The Company is not responsible for User comments. The Company may, but is not obligated to, remove comments that do not comply with legal requirements.

3.5. In case of violation of the terms of this section, the Company may limit the User's access to commenting on the content.

3.6. The company has the right to close the function for commenting on content.

 

4. Representations and Warranties

4.1. The user must critically evaluate any advice, recommendations or predictions contained in the content.

4.2. The Company may make changes to the content without warning the User, as well as remove the content in question.

4.3. The Company does not guarantee that access to the content on the Resources will always be available. The Company reserves the right to remove or move content to another Resource at any time.

4.4. The company does not guarantee that the user's device will correctly display or download content from the Resource.

4.5. The content on the Resources is distributed "as is", without any guarantees from the Company. This means that the User uses the information obtained through the Resources at his own peril and risk.

 

5. Security

5.1. When using the Resources, you must have an antivirus program running.

5.2. The Company, the Resource does not send e-mails to Users, except when it is a response to the User's letter.

5.3. The company does not collect personal data of Users.

5.4. If you have subscribed to receive new content messages, you can unsubscribe from this newsletter using the settings of the browser or platform on which the Resource is hosted.

5.5. Do not share personal data that can be used by criminals in the comments under the content.

5.6. If you find a fake Resource online (a website that visually resembles a Resource but has a different web address), please report it via the electronic form in the "For other questions" section https://idclinic.com.ua/contacts

 

6. Communication with users

6.3. The Company and the Resource reserve the right not to respond to letters that do not meet the requirements of the law or do not relate to the activities of the Company or the Resource.

 

7. Licenses and Software

7.1. The Company does not grant any rights to the Users to the software on the basis of which the Resource works.

 

8. Termination of access to the Resource

8.1. If it is technically possible, if the User violates the requirements of the law or these Rules, access to the Resource may be limited or closed.

 

9. Other

9.1. The legislation of Ukraine applies to these Rules. Disputes between the parties shall be resolved by the court, in accordance with the procedure established by the current legislation of Ukraine.

 

10. Advertising and affiliate materials

10.1. The advertiser is responsible for the authenticity and content of the advertisement.
